Sizing: (See Picture) Measure your dogs neck with a flexible measuring tape. Make it as loose or tight as you'd prefer. Input the measurement in INCHES where it asks for size. Collars will be made this length from the middle of the buckle (where the leather folds) to the middle hole. There are seven holes on each collar spaced 3/4 inch apart for adjustability.

Special Notes: Leather is a natural product that is very strong and durable and should last a lifetime with proper conditioning. However, it may not be a fit for every dog. If your dog loves to roll around in the mud, splash through puddles and go for a swim, I would suggest taking a look at my easy clean waterproof Biothane collars.

Leather and Materials

Water Buffalo Leather. Water buffalo leather is a smooth, matte leather commonly used in applications that require durability and longevity. It has a smooth and consistent top surface with a refinished underside. Water buffalo leather will continue to soften, flex, and develop a beautiful patina the more it is handled over time.

Hardware

I use solid brass hardware because of its strength. Brass will bend before it snaps which gives it more tensile or pull strength. The buckle has rounded edges and a roller for comfort and ease of use. Each collar is securely fastened with three permanent chicago screws.
