Riveted Leatherworks Radio Straps are meticulously made using traditional leather working tools and skills. Every strap is hand-cut, every hole is hand-punched, and every edge is hand-finished. Straps are made from full-grain extra durable water buffalo leather and feature solid brass hardware.

Leather and Materials

Water Buffalo Leather. Water buffalo leather is a smooth, matte leather commonly used in applications that require durability and longevity. It has a smooth and consistent top surface with a refinished underside. Water buffalo leather will continue to soften, flex, and develop a beautiful patina the more it is handled over time.

Hardware

All the hardware is low-lead solid brass which is strong and corrosion resistant. Brass is extremely durable and tends to bend before it would break. I prefer to use permanently attached Chicago screws as the fasteners for added strength in the straps. The Matte Black finish is a highly durable specialty finish which prevents scratching and will not wear off.
