Purpose:  Attaches your radio strap to your belt loop to keep your radio at your side

Please note: Most radio strap sets purchased from the big companies like Boston Leather will be English Bridle Leather.  I use water buffalo Leather for all my radio strap components and sets for its strength and flexibility.  If you purchase a radio strap component from me to go with your existing set, the leathers may not match perfectly.

Leather and Materials

Matte Black Water Buffalo Leather
A smooth matte vegetable tanned leather commonly used in applications that require durability and longevity. It has a smooth and consistent top surface with a finished underside. Water buffalo leather will continue to soften, flex, and develop a beautiful patina the more it is handled over time.

Hardware

Solid brass (low lead) in your choice of three different finishes which is strong and corrosion resistant. Brass is extremely durable and tends to bend before it would break. I prefer to use permanently attached Chicago screws to fasten straps for added strength.
